Ordering is easy.  Simply send an e-mail to customerservice@fmhincorporated.com with the quantity you desire, shipping address and your credit card/ payment information.  Payment must be made in advance. 

Minimum order for the best cost is 500 pieces.  They will Ship from our factory.  Lead time will be minimum of 90 days.  We will ship them directly to the address you specify from our factory.  Ocean shipping is included in the pricing.  Please call for quote. 

Smaller orders can be accomodated.  They will ship directly from our warehouse. These will be shipped UPS ground.  Overnight shipping is available.

Larger orders can receive discounts.  Please call for pricing.		 We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card.
